I had forgotten to add the pearl and recieved a call asking if i wanted to add the Pearl. The customer service person was very helpful and knowledgable with what i wanted and sent me a link to finish my order for my wife anniversary gift. She was excited and loved the itemsI bought. It is a pretty matte plumeria. I would have thought that the adjustable chain would have been a bit thicker to hold such a heavy charm.
